Global AquaTekture Visionary Awards (GAVA) Recognizing Architects, Pool Builders, Artisans and Designers Worldwide
(Nov 2010, Las Vegas, NV) Three V Enterprises announced Cameo Pools’ Larry Duffy from Mesa, Arizona as a Gold GAVA winner for the 2010 GAVA: Global AquaTekture Visionary Awards competition during the annual awards reception held November 2, 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, at Celebrity EVA Longoria’s EVE Nightclub in the prestigious City Center.
Produced by Three V Enterprises (3VE), a Las Vegas based corporation, GAVA transcends beyond the traditional water-themed design awards by hosting an integrated world-wide competition open to design professionals of all genres dedicated to influencing and creating thought-provoking solutions.
Cameo Pools’ Larry Duffy received the Gold GAVA for The Paradise Valley Pool in the category of Residential Pool Freeform.
The award salutes the innovative spirit of artisans from every segment of the globe, celebrating diverse concepts from varying cultures, environments and philosophical aspects. Forty-eight entries from across the United States, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Venezuela, Central America and Portugal received the illustrious GAVA Bronze, Silver and Gold awards and will be included in the full-color, hardbound book published by Schiffer Publishing, International Pools, Spas and Water Environments Edition II, due for release in early Spring 2011. Australian Cameron Leth of Polar Pools earned the coveted book cover with his GOLD winning project, Soldiers Pool.
